Tara B. is an internationally recognized Mindfulness Meditation Teacher who has facilitated course, workshops, and meditations for individuals and workplaces online, on-demand and onsite since 2017. She empowers people with tools to help reduce stress, cultivate compassion and improve quality of life.
Tara has served global communities guiding over 50,000 meditators on various platforms and Apps. Her meditations are well loved and support relaxation, presence, compassion and gratitude. In 2024 she incorporated singing bowls into group practices to further enhance relaxation. She is also a certified yoga teacher (since 2011), teaching restorative practices to help soothe the nervous system.
Tara’s popular Daily Tonic Podcast shares one affirmation and gratitude prompt in 3-minute daily episodes, making practicing simple and accessible. Her mission is to make mindfulness easy!
Tara develops custom content for workplace wellbeing clients, sharing simple practices to help enhance performance and support mental wellness.
